Don't bring a 6 shooter revolver to a laser gun fight! I had to laugh every time a shot was fired at the aliens... that is until Daniel Craig got his bracelet out and let rip. The writers of this must have all been on peyote when they came up with this plot. Danial Craig actually plays a pretty cool cowboy, so I hope his next film is a serious western.
Danial Craig teams up with Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, a preacher, a few outlaws, some Apache's, a kid and a real fit dog that can keep up with horses. Their mission, to rescue town folk kidnapped by gold hungry aliens. Ground control to Colonel Sanders!
It starts off as a pretty good western flick for the first couple of scenes, but then the aliens turn up and the plot just goes south - of the border. Great actors wasted on a storyline that didn't know if it wanted to be a comedy or a drama. They should have had more fun with this and really hammed it up because the mashing of the two genres just doesn't work, mainly due to the lame script. The title of the film is a dead giveaway... ROBDIDO
