The Pang Brothers from Thailand have been given an opportunity to remake their own cult movie with a big Hollywood budget & leading million dollar star to boot. Sweet you might think?. Well bigger isn't always better. This movie sucked. Just goes to show what Hollywood can do to a movie, AND it was their own movie for crying out loud. They should of just rested on their original movie's laurels... It's all about the cash.

Lonely assassin Joe (Nicolas Cage) takes on one more assignment in Bangkok and breaks his own rules by getting involved with a girl and taking on a trainee assassin, karate kid style. I don't remember Elvis ever touring Thailand before. And he definitely hasn't left the building.

The whole movie felt like the mute button was half pressed. It was just so drawn out and dull. Nicolas Cage is pretty average & there are just too many cringe scenes, especially with the mute girl love interest. The story just doesn't go anywhere and by the end you really don't care what happens to any of them. This really is boring as bat shit and the acting is crap. There really isn't anything dangerous going on here at all... ROBDIDO
